walking in a place where the pendle witch trials happened
feeling how beautiful it is but also what it holds

women were punished for being different
for knowing
for not staying small

and still here we are

beltane feels like a turning point
fire growth life force energy
a reminder to be seen as you are
not reshaped to make others comfortable

I keep coming back to soft strength
to taking up space in a way that feels true
to knowing you don’t have to harden to be powerful

Reiki and sound healing are gentle yet powerful tools that bring the body back into balance and the nervous system into calm

We will be moving through the energies of the New Moon from the weekend a beautiful window for release grounding and soft reset 🌙

This is a space for whatever family means to you 🤍

This morning will stay with me 🥹🤍

Everything just slowed down from the outside world and pressures of life. Toddlers and babies settling, mums taking a breath

At the end Bradley was fast asleep on his nan (my Mum) completely peaceful it got me I had a little cry

Being able to hold a space where parents can come as they are with their children feels really important to me

My heart feels full after today
