🔥 OUR MOST UP-TO-DATE CLASS TIMETABLE 🔥

Here’s the latest timetable at The Lab! 💪

A few updates:

🥊 Jizelle is taking over Mondays from next week (7th September), with BoxFit at 5:30pm followed by Lift & Tone at 6:30pm.

🥊 Boxing Technique with Dan returns WC September 21st September, he is currently away preparing for a fight! So wish him luck! 🍀

🏃‍♂️Lab Academy returns WC 14th September! Slots are open to book now, so message us and we can make sure your child has a place ready for the return.

🏋️ Thursday 10am — we’re currently working on a replacement for this session, so keep an eye on our socials for an update 👀

No booking needed for our regular classes — just turn up and get involved! Lab Academy is the only session that requires booking.

⚠️ FRIDAY 6AM CLASS UPDATE ⚠️

Unfortunately, we’ve encountered an issue with the lighting in the studio this evening.

The problem is currently being investigated and we’re working to get it repaired as soon as possible. However, this does mean that tomorrow’s 6AM class will unfortunately have to be cancelled. The Gym will still remain open.

We’re really sorry for the late notice and any inconvenience caused.

We’ll keep everyone updated and appreciate your understanding.

BANK HOLIDAY OPENING HOURS 🏋️‍♂️🥊

We’re open 5AM–7PM this Bank Holiday!

🔥 6AM — Bootcamp with Ian Orm
🥊 9AM — BoxFit with Steph

We’ve chosen these times based on the feedback we received both online and in person.

We did look at putting on an evening class too, but the uptake was very small, so we’ve gone with the times that worked for the majority.

The gym itself will be open 5AM–7PM as normal.

We’ve teamed up with LV Sports Massage to give all Strength & Fitness Lab members the chance to experience the benefits of sports massage — completely FREE.

There will be 15-minute taster slots available, as well as a limited number of 30-minute appointments.

Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles, want to improve mobility or simply want to see how sports massage could support your training and recovery, get yourself booked in.
