Tonight's session focuses ๐๐ช
Do you struggle with postural pain?
๐ Join us Wednesday at 5.15pm-6.15pm.
This can be due to hamstring weakness or tightness from prolonged sitting, standing or sitting crossing the legs ๐ฎ, and I get it; we all do it !!
๐ Chest muscles can be tight due to forward postural patterns, ie using our phones, long periods on laptops; again, it has to be done !!
๐ช We can correct these patterns through movement. We have one life, so move with intention.
Tonight's Pilates session, we will work on chest and hamstrings using therabands, although all exercises can be adapted to suit you. ๐
