💙 MAY UPDATES 💙

The team have been very busy so far this month supporting a number of local events and offering our services to local businesses and communities 🤩

It was great to see local residents taking advantage of our FREE NHS Health Checks at the Cycle Three Sisters event earlier this month 🚲

The team have also supported St Peter’s Think Ahead sessions and the opening of the Lowton Family Hub which was a huge success last Sunday 🙌

Also a huge congratulations to our Health Check delivery staff who successfully completed the Dementia Friends training session this week and are now Dementia Friends 👏

Thanks to everyone who has supported us and invited us along to events within the borough 🤩

We look forward to working closely in the upcoming months 👏

The brand new Lowton Family Hub is being launched this Sunday 17th May❗️

There is a FREE Family Fun Day with lots of fun, action and live music 🎶👇

The Health First team will be in attendance offering FREE NHS Health Checks to all eligible and also FREE Mini Checks 🩺💙

As part of the check you will also be able to get your Body Composition figures using our Tanita scales 🤩

Just pop along on the day and come and see us to take advantage of this fantastic offer 💙

You can also get a FREE slice of Dojo Pizza as they are launching on the same day 🍕

Back for 2026 is the Be Well Wigan free Family Fun Day 🚲

📍 Three Sisters Circuit, Three Sisters Rd

🕕 3pm-8pm

There will be lots to do on and off track including 👇

👉 Ride your bike on the main track
👉 Balance bike track (ages 5 and under)
👉 Cycle skills for ages 6-12
👉 Wheels for all adapted cycles
👉 E-bikes
👉 Climbing wall, archery, giant bubbles, stalls and much more

Plus timings are great for anyone attending after work 🙌
