💙 KNOW YOUR NUMBERS WEEK 7-13th SEPTEMBER 26 💙

This weeks health campaign emphasises the importance of knowing your blood pressure numbers and taking action through lifestyle changes or medication if necessary 🩺

Heres some key facts 👇❗️

👉 Most people with high blood pressure have no symptoms. It’s a hidden risk factor, meaning you can have it without knowing, which can increase your risk of a heart attack or stroke.

👉 In rare cases you may have symptoms such as blurred vision, chest pain, feeling dizzy, headaches, nosebleeds, shortness of breath.

If you experience any of the above symptoms contact your GP or call NHS 111 📞

🚨 The key is to get your blood pressure checked regularly 🚨

This event is open to anyone who lives, works, or accesses healthcare services in the local area. We encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to come along and contribute to the conversation.

For the month of September the health focus is the importance of Sleep 💙

Here’s some of the key benefits of healthy sleep 👇
