This deserves a place on my grid...
Not because I don't appreciate all my other reviews (I do - more than you know) but this one hit differently.
This was a brand new client who had never met me before other than exchanging messages in planning the appointment.
My vision for Ascend Medical Aesthetics was always to create an environment where you feel safe, listened to and completely at ease.
I believe aesthetic treatments should be personal — your concerns, your budget and, most importantly, the outcome you genuinely hope to achieve.
My job is not to recommend treatments just because they’re available, or because they add to a treatment plan. It’s to listen, assess your anatomy and give you honest, professional advice based on what I believe will be right for you.
Sometimes that may mean recommending a treatment, sometimes it may mean taking a more conservative approach, and sometimes it may mean telling you that you don’t need anything at all.
For me, aesthetics has never been about making as much money as possible from each client. It’s about providing treatments that genuinely help you feel confident, comfortable and like the best version of yourself — and creating an experience that makes you want to come back because you trust the care and advice you receive.
This review reminded me that I really am doing what I set out to do. Sometimes it’s good to pause, take a step back and feel proud of how far you’ve come. 💛🖤
