SUNDAY YOGA IN GILDREDGE PARK 11am-12pm
BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!
Some days, your flow feels as smooth as a breeze through the trees. Other days? It’s more like trying to hold warrior II while a squirrel judges your form and a bug flies directly into your third eye.

Sometimes there’s a real reason you’re off — maybe your energy’s low, or maybe that dog off-leash just stole your Zen. Other times? It’s just one of those “Shavasana-can’t-come-soon-enough” kinda days.

But when every pose feels uphill (literally — because that park isn’t exactly flat), remind yourself: it’s at the top of the climb, in that glorious mountain pose, where you’ll finally catch a breath, feel the sun on your face, and maybe even find your center… or at least your balance.

Just keep breathing, swatting bugs gently, and pretending grass in your hair is a lifestyle choice.

Mother Nature had other plans for us this morning — cold winds, soggy grass from last night’s rain, and a very moody grey sky. Soooo… we’re pressing pause on today’s yoga in the park. 😅🌫️
But don’t let the weather win! Unroll your mat at home, get stretchy in your PJs, and keep the good vibes going. 💪🧘‍♀️
