Feeling the heat? Before you push through⌠check:
â Am I breathing through my nose or my mouth?
â Have I taken one conscious breath today?
â Are my shoulders up around my ears?
â Is this actually urgency, or just pressure?
â Do I need more discipline right now⌠or more support?
â Have I had any quiet time without input?
â Am I exhausted, overstimulated, overwhelmed⌠or all three?
We often try to solve nervous system overload with more effort.
Sometimes the starting point is simply noticing what state weâre already in.
