Come and support our care professionals as they take on a team of nurses from Macclesfield District General Hospital in our annual charity football match.

Congratulations to Helen on her 5-year workversary at our branch! 🎉

Helen joined Carefound Home Care in 2021 with no professional care experience and has gone on to make a fantastic impact through her dedication, hard work and caring approach.

After progressing to Senior Care Professional in 2022, Helen has continued to be a wonderful support to our clients and the wider team. She is always willing to help others, works tirelessly and leads by example every day.

We’re incredibly proud of everything Helen has achieved over the past five years and very grateful for the difference she makes.

For Mental Health Awareness Week, our team came together for a well-being meeting led by their mental health champion, Gemma.

The meeting was engaging, supportive and lots of fun, giving the team a chance to come together and continue important conversations around mental health and well-being.

As part of the session, the team took part in a CALM activity, sharing simple ways we can look after our mental health and support one another. 💙

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 💜

This year’s theme reminds us that even small actions can make a big difference.

We know that well-being is about much more than physical health. For many older people, companionship, a kind conversation, and feeling truly listened to can have a positive impact on their mental health and quality of life.

It’s also a reminder to look after the mental health of our team. Our care professionals give so much of themselves every day, which is why we provide ongoing support and well-being resources whenever they need guidance, reassurance, or someone to turn to.

We’re also proud to be taking part in Wear It Green Day to show our support for good mental health.

Whether it’s checking in with a client, supporting a colleague, calling a loved one, or taking a moment for yourself, every positive action matters.

Because caring for others starts with caring for each other.

We were delighted to host a special community event at The Guild for Lifelong Learning welcoming clients, families, care professionals and local residents for a wonderful afternoon together.💙

With over 30 guests joining us, it was a lovely chance for everyone to connect, enjoy each other’s company and come together for Easter.🐣

We’ve been busy delivering a few egg-stra smiles this Easter! 🐣

Across Carefound Home Care, our local teams handed out over 300 Easter eggs to our clients and care professionals, and it’s safe to say they went down very well.
