Easing our way into the week with a beautiful sound bath at .within last night. for company for what was a thoroughly relaxing end to the weekend.
It was a lovely reminder that relaxation is not just about doing nothing. It gives the body a chance to soften, the mind a chance to quieten, and the nervous system a chance to settle.
And that is such an important part of hypnotherapy too.
When the body feels calmer, the mind becomes more open, more focused, and more able to respond differently. That is where change can begin — whether you are working with anxiety, stress, confidence, sleep, habits, or simply feeling more balanced in yourself.
Sometimes the most powerful shift starts with giving yourself permission to pause.
