Total weight loss to date? Achieved my target weight in November 2024 having lost 2st 2lbs.
What were your old habits that you wanted to break by joining SW? Snacking, eating too much cake, chocolate, fried food, bread and pastries.
Had you previously tried to lose weight using another method? Not really as diets where you have to count calories have never worked for me, they just makes me obsess about food!
Why do you think Sw has worked for you to achieve your weight loss? It is a different way of eating, making meals from scratch and does not feel like being on a diet.
What are your new healthier habits that you are proud of now? Having healthier snacks, eating more vegetables and fruit and drinking less alcohol.
What is your favourite Sw friendly meal? There are several to choose from, spicy bean stew, prawn or tofu stir fry and mushroom pasta.
What do you like best about our group at the Parish Hall? Emma is a brilliant motivator and the group are so supportive of each other, sharing ideas and encouragement and its fun.
How do you feel now? Much healthier and fitter and keen to try new things, the latest one being paddleboarding!
