Did you know? 🤔

Your back is made up of over 40 muscles, all working together to help you move, support your posture, protect your spine, and keep you strong throughout the day.

From sitting at a desk, driving, lifting weights, carrying children, or dealing with everyday stress, these muscles are constantly working. It’s no surprise that the back is one of the most common areas for tension, tightness, and discomfort.

Regular massage can help:
✨ Reduce muscle tension
✨ Improve mobility and flexibility
✨ Support recovery from exercise
✨ Relieve aches and pains
✨ Promote relaxation and wellbeing

Your back does a lot for you every day – don’t forget to look after it. 💆‍♀️

One of the biggest things that helps me build my business is my clients. ❤️

Every share, tag, recommendation, and kind word means more than you know. When you tell your friends and family about me, post about your treatment, or recommend me to someone who could benefit, you’re helping my business grow and allowing me to do what I love.

As a small business owner, word of mouth is everything, and I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who supports me.

Thank you for trusting me with your health and wellbeing, and for helping me build the business I am today. 🙏✨

💧 Why should you drink water after a sports massage? 💧

After a sports massage, your muscles and soft tissues have been worked deeply to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and aid recovery.

Staying hydrated afterwards helps to:
✔️ Support muscle recovery
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Reduce post-treatment soreness
✔️ Keep tissues healthy and flexible
✔️ Help your body function at its best

A massage is only part of the recovery process what you do afterwards matters too! Make sure you’re sipping water throughout the day to get the most from your treatment.

Your body will thank you for it. 💪

Spent the afternoon at and honestly, what an incredible concept! 🙌

Following their recommendations, this was the order we experienced:

✨ Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Targeted oxygen support for recovery, circulation, and overall wellbeing.

💡 Light Therapy (I chose the Skin Health setting)
They have 8 different settings available, all designed to support cellular energy, recovery, and vitality.

❄️ Cryotherapy
Controlled cold immersion to enhance recovery, circulation, and overall wellbeing.

Between my Light Therapy and Cryotherapy sessions, I also enjoyed an amazing cup of Shilajit Tea ☕️

Built around mineral intelligence rather than stimulation, this purified Himalayan Shilajit tea is designed to support the body’s natural balance without relying on caffeine or short-term energy boosts. Perfect for calm, steady, everyday wellbeing.

If you struggle with inflammation, joint pain, recovery from training, or simply want to invest in your overall health and wellbeing, this is definitely a place worth visiting.

They offer several other treatments that I’m yet to try, but I have a feeling you’ll be seeing me here a lot more! 👀

As someone dealing with the effects of old injuries and ongoing health challenges, I’m always looking for ways to support my body, and this felt like a great addition to my recovery and wellbeing routine.

Have you tried any of these therapies before? 👇

💆‍♂️ Things I tell clients all the time…

Most people need more than one massage session.

Massage isn’t just for when you’re in pain or feeling desperate for relief. The real benefits come when treatment becomes part of your routine.

Whether you’re an athlete pushing your body to its limits, spending hours at a desk, or simply carrying stress and tension from everyday life, regular massage can help with:

✔️ Recovery
✔️ Reducing muscle tension
✔️ Pain management
✔️ Improved mobility
✔️ Overall wellbeing

The biggest mistake people make is waiting until they’re in pain before booking an appointment.

Consistency is key. Once you start experiencing the benefits of regular treatment, you’ll realise just how important it is to look after your body before problems arise.

Your body works hard for you every day invest in it. 💙

Truth! 💪

Spending money on yourself is an investment, not an expense.

We only get one body to live in, so taking care of it is important. Whether it’s building strength, improving your health, increasing your confidence, or investing in your wellbeing, every step you take is an investment in yourself.

Your health is one thing that will stay with you for life look after it. ✨

Why avoid caffeine and alcohol after a Sports Massage!

💧 They can contribute to dehydration
Sports massage encourages circulation and movement of fluids through the body. Staying hydrated afterwards helps your body recover and feel its best.

⚡ Caffeine may increase tension
For some people, caffeine can increase muscle tension, raise heart rate, and reduce the relaxed feeling achieved during the massage.

🍷 Alcohol can slow recovery
Alcohol may increase inflammation, affect sleep quality, and reduce your body’s ability to recover effectively after treatment.

😴 Your body needs rest and recovery
After a sports massage, your muscles have been worked on. Giving your body water, nutritious food, and adequate rest can help maximize the benefits of the treatment.

What should you do instead?
✅ Drink plenty of water
✅ Eat a balanced meal or snack
✅ Stay active with light movement
✅ Get a good night’s sleep

Remember, having a coffee or alcoholic drink won’t undo your massage, but making hydration and recovery your priority can help you get the most from your treatment. 💪😊

2 weeks until Mexico! 🇲🇽☀️

Here are my progress photos from being in a calorie deficit. The first photo was taken on 12/05/2026 and the second on 25/06/2026.

I know changes have happened… but my confidence still needs some work because I don’t feel like I’m quite where I want to be yet.

Yes, I’m still that person who looks at these photos and thinks, “I haven’t changed enough,” even when the progress is right in front of me.

But small changes are still wins 🤍

✨ Abs are starting to show
✨ My waist is getting its shape back
✨ My shoulders are getting stronger
✨ My glutes are getting rounder

I still catch myself picking apart the photos because the results don’t feel fast enough.

But these 9 weeks haven’t just been about physical changes. They’ve been about building routines, habits, confidence, and consistency that I can actually stick to long term 💪

Keep showing up. Keep trusting the process. The results will come. 🤍

Showing your progress isn’t something I do just for the likes.

Posting your progress is a great way to build confidence and celebrate how far you’ve come. It shows that you’re showing up, staying committed to your goals, and proving that consistency really is key.

Every small step adds up, and your journey might inspire someone else to start theirs too. 💪✨

Leg Session! 🦵🔥

30–45 minutes of lower body work that will have your legs trembling by the end!

Push the weight where you feel challenged while still maintaining good form and keeping your core tight throughout. The goal isn’t just to lift heavy it’s to lift well.

Get ready for burning quads, glutes on fire, and shaky legs walking out of the gym! 💪🔥
