It’s a wrap ...... lots of hosting, big boy turned 9, Christmas, family visits, it’s been a busy couple of weeks and we have loved it. Time to get back into some sort of routine now.

💜 I’m so excited to let you know that I am now a qualified Reiki Practitioner and feeling super lucky to be one of the practitioners that is part of this beautiful new wellness centre opening in Bedfordshire in January!

Reiki is truly amazing and I will always be grateful for my first experience of it.
