A change of season 🍂
Spring and summer were beautifully busy, with the privilege of walking alongside some wonderful families as they prepared for birth and welcomed their babies into the world.
Then came August 🌞 a chance to slow down, step away from being on-call for a little while, travel, rest, and soak up some much-needed time with my own family 💕
And now September is here, the school bags are packed, routines are returning, and I’m stepping back into doula life feeling rested, refreshed and ready for the season ahead✨
I have a lovely few months ahead of autumn and winter babies on the horizon, and I’m so looking forward to supporting their families through the weeks and months ahead — preparing, nurturing, advocating, holding space and, eventually, welcoming those tiny new people earthside✨
There’s something rather lovely about beginning a new season of doula work as the seasons themselves begin to change. 🍂✨
