Loving this Mojo Post from a fellow colleague Caroline β€οΈ
π"Missing your Mojo? YOU will be rewarded for its safe return!"
πThere's been a lot of talk and messages to me recently about your missing "Mojos".
Now, I happen to be an expert on the Mojo species. I have a Diploma and everything! π
So, what do you do to find yours again.......and keep it?
1) a Mojo lives on a varied diet, especially foods that fill you up! It loves to eat foods that it's owner may think they should restrict, but the Mojo thrives and helps its owner lose weight when these Slimming World "Free Foods" are trusted.
2) a Mojo can only tolerate set measurements of the foods that it's owner calls "Healthy Extras".....therefore, close monitoring and weighing of these foods is essential.
3) a Mojo loves speed (this you understand when you feel it has disappeared very quickly!) However, speed FOODS are what keeps him bouncy and less likely to stomp about and eventually leave you!
4) a Mojo likes what he likes! But he should only have it in moderation. If it's owner tells him that he CAN'T have something he fancies, then he wants it even more and twice as much!
So feed your Mojo "SWIPS" to keep him sane, between 5 and 15 of these are ideal. But PLEASE...... a Mojo is not a baby and doesn't need waking at 11.55pm to eat a Freddo if he really doesn't need one!
5) lastly but most importantly, a Mojo is a sociable character. He likes to be among other Mojos. He loves to go out at least once a week to meet his mates. They regularly gather at Tonteg Community Centre on Tuesdays at 3pm 5pm and 7pm and at Pontypridd Museum every Saturday at 8am!
There is a lady there called Caroline, she's nice, and will help you care for your Mojo.
She can't however, look for, find, or help you keep your Mojo if she doesn't get to meet him. So if you weigh and run, sometimes Mojos get left behind. Sometimes their owners don't come back π’
But rest assured, your Mojo will be waiting for you, under your seat in Group, ready and willing to help you succeed when you need him!
He's there, but sometimes we just need to help him get excited again x
Yours Sincerely and with love...
Caroline x
