Everyone says “let go of what doesn’t serve you”… but no one really shows you how.

This workshop is about doing exactly that! Through somatic movement, nervous system regulation and guided emotional work, we’ll explore how to actually move through what you’re holding, rather than pushing it down or fighting against it.

How often do you truly listen to your body? And how often are you battling it, overriding it, or ignoring what it’s trying to tell you?

This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and learn how to work with yourself instead of against. To release what’s been building, regulate your system, and come back into a place of self-compassion, understanding and inner steadiness.

Meet Newest Team Member - Oliver 🐾

I wanted to share a little update with you…

I’ve recently welcomed a new companion into my life, Oliver (Ollie), a 6-year-old rescue German Shepherd. He’s settling in really well and will be coming along with me to some sessions. He’s calm, gentle, and (despite his size!) has a very soft nature.

I know many of you will absolutely love him, and he’s quietly looking forward to meeting you too. That said, Ollie is also on his own journey. While he’s with me at work, he’s actually “working” as well, learning to feel safe, settled, and regulated in new environments. So I’d really appreciate it if you could let him initiate any interaction. If he comes over for a hello, that’s absolutely fine, but otherwise it’s best to give him space and let him just be.

In many ways, he’s doing his own version of the work we all do, recovering, settling, and finding his way back to a calmer place.

I also completely understand that not everyone is comfortable around dogs, especially a large one like Ollie. Please know it’s absolutely no problem at all for me to leave him at home during your session if you’d prefer. Just let me know when booking, or drop me a message beforehand, whatever feels easiest for you.

Moving your body isn’t just about fitness… it’s one of the most powerful ways we regulate our nervous system.

When we’re stressed, overwhelmed, or constantly “on,” the body doesn’t just think about it, it stores it. Tension builds, breathing gets shallow, sleep gets lighter, and we start living in a state of low-level fight-or-flight without even realising.

Gentle, intentional movement helps shift that.

Yoga and somatic movement support the body to:
✨ release stored physical tension
✨ regulate the nervous system back into calm
✨ improve breath and oxygen flow
✨ reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm
✨ create space between stress and reaction
✨ bring you back into your body, not just your mind

This is why consistency matters more than intensity. It’s not about pushing harder, it’s about teaching your body that it’s safe to soften again.
