Hello 😊

Some of you may already know Debbie — she’s the lovely lady behind the horses at the farm where I hold the weekly Horse-Guided Meditation sessions. 🐴💚

She’s now also offering a range of experiences at the farm through Soul and Soil Workshops and the horse sessions are now part of these experiences you can book through her too.

Coming up next:

🔔 Friday Sound Bath with the beautiful Alex Schneider – 28th August

🕯️ Beeswax Candle Making – 7th September

More workshops are coming soon, including Meditations, Crystals, Pendulum and Christmas Wreath days. ✨

Keep an eye on her website www.soulandsoil.uk, Facebook or Instagram .soil.uk for more details and to book your place.

This space isn’t here to tell you how to feel.

It’s simply here to remind you that, even in the middle of the noise, there’s always a way back to yourself.

When you need a moment to slow down…

You’re always welcome here.
