one of the biggest things I’ve learnt over the years is that more isn’t always better.
when people stop seeing progress, their first thought is often...
“I need to train more”
But very rarely do they stop and ask themselves...
💤 how’s my sleep?
🥗 am I eating enough to support my training?
🤯 how stressed have I been recently?
💧 am I drinking enough water?
🤍 am I actually giving my body a chance to recover?
I love seeing people train hard and challenge themselves, but I also want people to realise that what you do between sessions matters just as much as the session itself.
at Coaching House, recovery isn’t an afterthought. It’s something I want to become part of your routine, because looking after your body helps you get the most out of the training you’re already doing.
recovery isn’t just one thing. It’s sleeping well, fuelling your body, staying hydrated, managing stress and giving your body the best chance to recover. A sauna is simply another tool that can help support that, so you can get the most out of your training.
that’s why it’s part of Coaching House. Not because it’s a quick fix, but because I want members to have as many tools as possible to help them recover well, train well and feel their best.
Recovery isn’t something you earn...
It’s part of the process💛
🗣️ what’s one recovery habit you could improve this week?
