⭐️💜 Our new maternity and neonatal survey is now live! 💜⭐️
We’re excited to launch our new ongoing survey, designed to make it easier for you to share your experiences of maternity and neonatal services.
The survey gives you different ways to take part, depending on how much you’d like to tell us and how much time you have. Whether you want to share a quick comment or a more detailed experience, we’d love to hear from you.
If you have used maternity or neonatal services in Calderdale, Kirklees or Wakefield, please take a few minutes to complete the survey and tell us about your experience.

Paths have launched an exciting year long project focusing on black maternal mental health 💜

This project aims to ensure Black women know about their services, improve awareness, break stigma and specifically support women with birth trauma and baby loss.

You can sign up to their mailing list by using the link on the poster and you can always reach out directly to us if you want to provide any feedback or need help navigating how to receive appropriate support.

This year marks five years of Full Term Awareness Month, created by Bliss 💙

I had a baby born full term who needed neonatal care, and I know how hard that experience can be to navigate. Having a baby who needs neonatal care isn’t always something people expect, and it can be hard to share that journey with those who haven’t been through it.

There’s a common misconception that neonatal care is only for premature babies — but 60% of babies needing neonatal care are born full term and unwell.

This month is about raising awareness, building understanding, and reminding families they’re not alone 🤍
We’d also love to hear your stories of babies born full term who needed neonatal care - please reach out if you want a chat.
