Congratulations to Helen Hodgkinson from Winsford, our latest £5,000 Lottery jackpot winner! 🎉

Helen and her family have a long history with the Hospice. Her dad was cared for by St Luke’s, her sister worked here for more than 10 years, Helen herself worked as a Nursing Assistant, and her husband Chris spent around 18 years as our Maintenance Manager.

When she received the winning call, Helen said:
"I was in shock when I got the call to say I’d won. My first reaction was ‘Are you sure?’ I simply couldn’t believe it."

Helen knows first-hand the difference St Luke’s makes and encourages others to get involved:
"Whether you win or not, the money is going to a good cause, and you don’t even notice the money going out."
