❤️ Meet my member Jonathan he attends my 7pm group this is what he has to say👇 ❤️

Slimming World has clearly turned my life around, from someone who had an unhealthy relationship with food and looking after myself to someone who meal plans, batch cooks and owns an ungodly amount of lycra.

The groups I've been lucky enough to attend, from the very first one I nervously stepped into through to the one I'm going to tonight have always been super supportive, full of ideas and a sense of camaraderie.

Everyone is here for their own battles, reasons and journeys, but that common sense of being in it together really helps.

He’s done absolutely incredible on his journey and changed his life, he’s an inspiration 💪🏻 well done Jonny Boy 👏 what an achievement 🏆
