As weather doing it's own thing today ! Thought would be a good time to do something positive so spent time deep cleaning and rearranging my therapy room .
After was really nice sitting appreciating the change and listen to the wind and rain , so cosy.

I have been asked by clients to run an evening to help those feeling out of salts ! Those that have feelings of anxiety and those that just want a chance to open up and just chat with like-minded people helping each other .
We will experiment with different techniques to find one that suits you because everyone is different !
If everyone in group enjoys I will then run monthly, if more evenings required can add another group.
Based in Winterton on Sea

Bear Update:
Well what can I say !
These 2 really make me smile Bear has got back in charge as you can see as Kasia now a year old and Bear now showing her he is boss honest !
He has taught her how to chill and sit down with him whilst we do Reiki and she really loves it and remains calm for ages after , mind you makes up for it later running around like a looney full of all that new energy !
When treating clients I have to make sure I have locked her in otherwise she meows at the door .
When I have finished and let her out whilst I'm tidying up she just sits and absorbs what's left so cute.
In the mornings (if read previous posts) as you know if I don't manage to shut her in she comes for walks with Bear and I , but with holidaymakers that also walk there dogs get worried in case they will chase her . However she has learnt to stay close to Bear and trees so she can run up them or Bear gets in front of them so she can get out of trouble, he then sits waits till coast is clear so Kasia can join him again it's amazing 😍.
So for those of you that I meet thanks for looking out for her especially Luna who is getting brave at being close , who knows they may even become buddies.
Bear still hates the rain but has began to tolerate light showers as long as starts raining when we are out otherwise he still refuses 😂.
Bear looking at me as if to say need walk so will write off now.

It's Saturday Bear lie in day ! Bear grins and jumps up wagging tail walkies !
So glad he did almost 3 miles before breakfast so good for our wellbeing and rewarded with what's around us . So very lucky
Now for a nice cup of tea!

Which one are you ?
We all feel exhausted and drained at times and never seem to have the time to look after ourselves.
Don’t get like the tree on the right .By then you will be to exhausted to help yourself or others that need you !
Maybe you could treat yourself or a loved one to a Reiki Healing session.

Morning all Happy Valentine Day x

Thought I needed to share issues that seem to be a recurring problem that I come across when helping clients , that really can be viewed from either side of the fence !
A client tells me over a course of wellbeing session that they feel let down , lonely unloved ,uncared for when all they do is help others . Sound familiar ?
So Client feels abandoned and used .
A normal thought and unfortunately in some cases true.
However in this and many other cases when exploring deeper find out that in fact friends/family/colleagues in fact have offered support such as a cuppa and chat , telephone call, night out, a walk and offers of lifts to get to appointments etc. it seems a lot of people feel they are to proud or anxious to accept and will seem weak in doing so and battle on .
Friends/family will normally offer this a few times so maybe they need to take time to look at it from the other side if offers keep being rejected they will give up !
This in turn sends client into a circle of downward spiral feeling even more alone.
The reason for writing this on Valentine's day is to maybe help someone accept help, as a chat can work wonders and unlock the path to accept some help.
If it is difficult or you don't want to initially burden your friends,you may find it easier to start trying with a stranger first and Samaritans offer that . Having volunteered as a listener for many years was rewarding hearing the relief of people being able to talk things through. So here is their number open
