Reflections on 4 weeks of my challenge 🩷
Daily
🩷30 -45 min walk
🩵30 -45 min workout (gym, swim, yoga, pilates etc)
🤍NO COFFEE (I went cold Turkey the first week but have been having decaf since )
💜NO SUGARY/ULTRA PROCESSED FOODS
💛3 litres of water
💚10 pages of non fiction
2/3 of the way through, so I have 2 weeks left but honestly I feel like I have no big plans to change much at the end of it! It’s all become part of the day (my evening routine is getting elaborate now though 🤣) and don’t get me wrong there have been days it’s been tough to fit everything in…I won’t lie I have missed a workout one day and we had a DELICIOUS pizza out at the weekend but the whole point of this was to change my regular habits and I definitely have, the biggest thing so far that I’ve noticed is I’m way calmer and my responses to stresses are more measured, I’m putting that down to quitting coffee and sugar!
More than anything we have been soaking up this beautiful spring, and all our blessings 🙏🏼🌸 It’s also been the biggest blessing of all having home for 4 weeks, he’s back to work this week 🥴 so let’s see if I can keep that calm going?! 💫
