Just had laser hair removal and now you’re thinking… “okay, what do I actually do now?” 😅
This part doesn’t get talked about enough… but it can make all the difference to your results 👀
Your skin is more sensitive, your hair is starting to shed, and how you treat the area over the next few days really matters.
🧊 First 24–48 hours: keep it cool and calm
Skip the hot baths, saunas, and intense workouts. Heat can irritate the skin and slow down the healing process.
🙅♀️ Let the hairs do their thing
No waxing, plucking, or epilating. As tempting as it is, that shedding phase is exactly what we want. If needed, just shave between sessions.
💧 Be gentle with your skin
Keep it hydrated, avoid harsh products, and treat it with care. A little warmth or sensitivity is completely normal and should settle quickly.
☀️ Protect, protect, protect
Avoid sun exposure and fake tan on the area. If it’s exposed, SPF is a must — your skin is more reactive after laser.
🧴 Exfoliate… but not too soon
Wait 7–10 days, then gently exfoliate to help the shedding process. Starting too early can cause irritation and set you back.
And remember… laser isn’t a one-off treatment. The best results come from consistency and completing your course ✨
