'Twas the summer solstice and all through the house
Nothing would fit me, not even a blouse.
😥😥😥
The goodies I'd nibble, the Gin that I'd taste
All the cheese and the biscuits had gone to my waist.....
😥😥😥
When I got on my scales, there arose such a number!
A number I really didnt want to remember!
🤔🤔🤔
I'd remember the marvellous meals I'd prepared;
The gravies and sauces, the popcorn I shared...

The wine and the puddings, the crackers and the cheese
and the way I'd never said, " No thank you, only yes please!"

As I dress myself in my old baggy shirt
I'm thinking of Slimming World ...
It really can't hurt"

So.... away went the last of the sour cream dips,
I got rid of the cheesecake, kebab and chips

So today is the day
I get back on plan

Hi 👋! I’m Tina - Wisbech & Terrington Slimming World Consultant 😊 A little bit about me….

❤️️ I’ve lived in Wisbech all my life, my favourite meal is a yummy roast, favourite drink white wine and colour blue💙!

❤️️ a photo of myself at a family party was the push that made me join, I was sooooo nervous walking in 😰 but everyone was lovely and welcoming 💖. I heard I could have my beloved roast dinner, WITH roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pud and STILL lose weight, I was sold 🎉!

❤️️ With love and support from my family, friends and Slimming World group, I lost 3st, improved my self esteem and confidence so I trained to share my passion as a Consultant, with my groups starting in Oct 2011, helping members hit their dream weights and beyond since 🤗!
