I had a fantastic day offering Taster Therapies in Hamilton yesterday at Lanarkshire Carers Time for Me Event for carers. I'm so humbled to be working with this fantastic organisation that deliver a lot of advice, signposting and services to carers who may need practical and emotional support. I have first hand experience of the support that this amazing organisation offers - and can't recommend them enough. They really helped me at a very difficult time in my life when I had a caring role. Lorna from Mobility Movement Therapies and I were working hard helping to release tension and stress with our taster therapies. We managed to fit in some giggles and lots and lots of tea. We were so well looked after by the staff and they kept us on track for the day😁🥰
