The heart opening qualities of ceremonial grade cacao are one element of bliss, however the incredible abundance of trace minerals, theobromine (uplifting) and chemical compounds that mirror dopamine and serotonin are the greatest benefit!

The wind down begins with your mug of cacao, mindfully sipping the magic into your being, whilst gently relaxing down into your cosy blankets for intentional rest…

Whilst the vibrational frequencies, beautifully curated by Nicola, bathe your energy bodies in alchemising bliss, your body and mind are carried on a heart grounding journey through an hour of deepest restorative rest.

Enhancing this, Rahanni Teacher Vikki will gently connect with your soul self, embracing a deep connection on the 5th dimension with the Rahanni energies, for a soulful reset, recharge and reconnection with your higher self and inner knowing.

Gently returning to your presence with a sun anchoring meditation, your gift of an orange quartz crystal and a refreshing cup of wild foraged tea blend. And a little healthy (nut free & gluten free) snack to ensure you’re fully grounded before heading home.

When we enter a space for rest, healing and receiving, that space needs to be clear, clean, comfortable and at ease. This room and this bed work hard in holding space for others, so it’s critical that they both receive time, gratitude and love, releasing all that they’ve held for others, opening up a vastness in their capacity to hold space again 💫 that’s just for the room and the couch!!! The practitioner needs it even more!

I just needed a moment to reconnect with calm and stillness… and found a place of AWE ✨ I wonder how old this willow tree is? How much he has witnessed? How much life has changed since his first branch spanned this brook?

The trunk base is approximately 5m across. No exaggeration!

Holding gratitude for the stories of the trees and the flow of the water, regardless of the goings on in the mind and reflected in the world around us.

Taking wisdom from nature and returning to my roots, to earth, to nature and the calm of birdsong bathing 💫🤜🏼🤛🏼✨🙌🏻💋

It’s also possible to love someone and not really like them at the same time! But the key to it all is that love is unconditional. Love is eternal. Love runs deeper than surface level discomfort. And when you can find that acceptance, that’s when the surface level stuff begins to melt away in significance. That’s love. That’s the gift.
