A little snapshot into the life of an energy worker; For me, it’s not ALL about singing together around a firepit or meditating in the woods (although that’s admittedly a huge part 😆✨🙌🏻), but it’s also about understanding the science behind the work we do. It’s about vibrational energy, frequency and biophotons….. If there’s something I can ‘feel’ or ‘sense’, I’d like to understand ‘how’ or ‘why’ and that’s where the bedtime reading comes in 📖 I’m not alone in this! I know many others are equally studious and the gift of learning is to share our knowledge and experiences 💫

Mine is discovering that science is catching up with us! The energy I can FEEL and SEE being emitted from my hands during a Rahanni or Reiki treatment is actually Biophotons!!!!!

I love a good analogy as much as I love a quote of the day 😀 so here’s a double whammy 🙌🏻

Quote of the day, by Bob Ross; “Anything you don’t like, just turn it into reflections.”

On the occasion he said that, he was painting bushes around the lake on this budding painting…. But a splodge landed in the wrong place. He didn’t stress or tut even 😏 he just said this little quote (above) and blended the splodge into the art. Then declared it as being “a happy little accident” 💫 and in that moment 💥 BOOM 💥 it’s all so clear!

How we react to unplanned, perceived unpleasant occurrences is how we get through life. Does it forever stand out as an unplanned splodge on your memory? Forever leaving an unpleasant mark on the past? Or do you quietly find a way of blending the occurrence into the moment, growing in an unexpected way?

Gotta love Bob Ross….
