Sharing a refreshed flyer this spring 🌿

Through Beanbag Natural Health Clinic (Witney) I offer Reiki sessions that support relaxation, ease tension and promote overall wellbeing, while also offering gentle support for painful conditions, stress and sleep difficulties.

Alongside this, I offer coaching as a separate space for reflection and support. With decades of experience in corporate life, I understand the pressures that can come with it and offer a relatable, supportive space to explore the way forward from stress, burnout, and times of change or uncertainty.

Sessions are available through the clinic and online. Reiki is also available as a home-based session where appropriate.

Have you ever bathed in a forest? 🌿

🌿 Tomorrow, 21st March, is International Forest Day

With a tree at the heart of my logo, it felt relevant to share a little about Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) — the Japanese practice of mindful relaxation in woodlands.

It’s not about bathing — and it’s more than a walk: purposeful breathing, noticing your surroundings, the wildlife, and even actively listening. The scent of the trees — and even the resin — all play a part (I’ll save that for another post 🌲).

For those that prefer, outdoor coaching is an option, or you might gain benefits from an indoor session of coaching and Reiki, both supporting balance and overall wellbeing.

Reiki is increasingly being welcomed into clinical settings.

St George’s Hospital in London introduced Reiki to support both children and adults with critical care needs, as part of its Connecting Reiki with Medicine initiative.

The hospital also plans to add its research findings to the growing evidence base exploring how Reiki can support patient wellbeing.
