Breast cancer can affect anyone, and changes aren’t always a lump.

Get into the habit of regularly checking your breasts, chest and armpits, and look out for changes in size or shape, skin texture, ni**le appearance, unusual discharge, swelling or a new lump.

Most breast changes won’t be cancer, but if something feels or looks different for you, please don’t wait or feel embarrassed, speak to your GP.

And if you’ve been putting off checking yourself, consider this your reminder. 🎀

They’re often spoken about as though they’re interchangeable, but they work in completely different ways, and choosing the right treatment starts with understanding your anatomy and what you actually want to change.

A lip flip can subtly alter how the upper lip sits, while filler can restore or enhance volume, shape and definition. For some patients, a carefully considered combination may be appropriate.
