A great podcast to listen to… It’s worth a listen for those who suffer with their mental health and the key is to rectify your gut health. After 10 days of various antibiotics recently I have found myself suffering with bad anxiety, low mood, low energy, body and joint aches/pains and tummy tenderness. All because my gut microbiome has been destroyed. Why do we see the brain as the ultimate organ? our brain is just responding to what the other organs are telling it. The gut really is our 1st brain!
