To ensure I can provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the booked treatment(s).
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged at 100% of the booked treatment(s).

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments prevent those slots from being offered to other clients.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

To all my lovely clients,

From 1st June, there will be a small price increase across SOME treatments due to the continued rise in product, supply and running costs.

I have tried to keep prices the same for as long as possible and absorb these increases, but to continue providing the quality, products and service you know and love, this adjustment has become necessary.

Thank you so much for your continued support, loyalty and understanding — it truly means so much to me and I’m incredibly grateful for every one of you ❤️

I look forward to continuing to pamper you all in the salon ✨💖
