We're looking for someone to join us at The Vale Clinic as a Reception Administrator - the person who sets the tone for every patient who walks through our door.
This is a full-time, salaried role based in Wokingham town centre. If you're organised, people-focused, and want to be part of a small team doing work that genuinely matters, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm
Full time, 37.5 hours per week, job share considered.
£26,325 to £27,300 per annum, depending on experience
Salaried with paid holiday, workplace pension, and benefits
What we're looking for
At least two years' reception or admin experience
Healthcare experience is helpful but not essential
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
Calm, organised, and professional - even on a busy day
