✨ Practitioner Spotlight: Niki – Reflexology ✨

We’re delighted to shine the spotlight on Niki, one of our valued contributors to The Buzz Hub and a wonderful supporter of Beyond Boundaries Foundation.

Tomorrow evening, Niki will be offering reflexology taster treatments at our Summer Swish & Wellbeing Event.

As a qualified reflexologist with specialist training in fertility and pregnancy reflexology, as well as Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Niki is passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing through this gentle, holistic therapy.

Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, with the aim of promoting deep relaxation, supporting the body’s natural balance and helping to reduce stress. Many people choose reflexology as a complementary therapy to support their overall wellbeing and to enjoy some much-needed time to unwind.

If you’re looking for a moment of calm during the evening, Niki’s taster treatment is the perfect opportunity to put your feet up, relax and experience the soothing benefits of reflexology.
