✨Postnatal Reformer Pilates, and baby’s invited!✨

We’re excited to re-launch our baby-friendly Postnatal Reformer Pilates classes this April, every Wednesday at 12pm!

These small group sessions (just 5 mums per class) are led by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, so you’ll get expert guidance and the personalised support your postnatal body needs.

Designed for mums and their little ones (pre-walkers only 👣) each class helps you rebuild strength, move safely and support your recovery after birth.

Before starting, you’ll need to book a 1:1 class intro with a Pelvic Health Physio to assess your recovery and ensure the program is right for you.

📍 Wednesdays, 12pm starting April 15th
👶 Babies welcome (non-walkers only)
🧘‍♀️ 5:1 class size = personalised, expert support
💛 1:1 class intro with pelvic health physio required before starting

Reformer Barre Fusion starts Wednesday at 9am.

This class blends standing barre work with the reformer to create a low-impact, high-intensity workout set to upbeat music. Expect small, controlled movements and high repetitions designed to strengthen, tone and lengthen the body.

Inspired by ballet movements and posture, and combined with Pilates and strength training, this class will challenge your muscles in a completely different way while keeping the workout fun and energising.

If you love feeling the burn, improving strength and leaving class feeling longer, stronger and more balanced — this one’s for you. ✨
