Ahoy there me hearties ❤! It's International Talk Like A Pirate Day and I be finding any excuse to join in. For all ye who be wanting know more about Slimming World and Food Optimising, say 'arrrrrrrrhhhhh'! Don’t be a nervous wreck, when you arrrr-ive at my Tettenhall group you’ll be giving a lovely warm welcome, there’s absolutely no pier pressure – only care and support from me and your new fellow mateys. And wait until you hear about Food Optimising… you’ll be hooked!
