For many clients, the first appointment feels like the biggest step. Usually because they're not quite sure what to expect.

When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by Zarah and given time to get comfortable. Depending on the areas being treated, you'll be asked to undress where appropriate, with disposable underwear provided if needed. Towels are always used to ensure you're covered and comfortable throughout your appointment.

Once you're ready, Zarah will return and talk you through everything before getting started. Every step is explained as you go, so you know exactly what's happening and what to expect.

No surprises, no rushing and no feeling awkward. Just a professional, comfortable experience designed to put you at ease from the moment you walk through the door.
