The 1:1 Diet is is NOT just shakes and soups! We have a wide, varied range including porridge, Shakes, Soups, a range of meals eg. Spaghetti Bolognese, , Chocolate & yoghurt covered Bars. Some steps also include conventional food.

𝕋𝕙𝕖 ℕ𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥 𝔹𝕖𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕖 ℂ𝕙𝕣𝕚𝕤𝕥𝕞𝕒𝕤 ❄️

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house,
not a client was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
in hope that Salted Caramel Bites would soon be there.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
there stood Santa Claus, what could be the matter?
He handed me letters of many Christmas wishes,
”please help me Santa to control my dishes”!

Away to my storeroom I flew like a flash,
tore open the boxes, thank goodness I have a stash!
I packed up the orders, their lists were quite short,
but they didn’t need to worry with our 1:1 support!

Santa jumped in his sleigh, gave his team a big hug,
keeping warm with new vegetable soup and croutons
in a jug.
And I heard him shout out, as he drove through the skies,
”Its very clear to me that business is going to new highs”
