Our low cost services can be delivered in any setting including a customerโs home, hospital or care home. iculties associated with managing the financial affairs of a vulnerable person. Loved ones often find the transition difficult, our team fully understand these issues. The needs of each individual are always different, we aim to assess and agree the most appropriate level of support needed, this is done in conjunction with any professionals and family as necessary. Our customers can be any client group from older people to adults with learning disabilities or challenging behaviour or individuals who have alcohol or substance misuse problems. We aim to help any client group who requires our services. Appointree work with a range of organisations from care providers, local authorities, charitable organisations and NHS PCTโs. We have the flexibility to tailor our services specifically to fit as part of the wider care team. Appointree can pay bills and negotiate on debts where necessary and provide people with their personal allowance. Referrals can be made by social workers who may agree to fund the role. Alternatively, the service can be purchased by other organisations or by the client directly
Appointree will customize their services to meet the needs of the individual. Our empowering services offer the appropriate level of assistance and intervention as required, whilst promoting and enabling as much independence as possible.
