We ‘re at the time of year again, you know, the one when we make resolutions and promises about the future, sometimes based on how much we feel we’ve overindulged over the Festive Season.

“I heard a smashing quote the other day and it went something like this:

It’s an interesting question: across all cultures, there’s generally a time of the year that involves “food related celebrations!” My advice? Enjoy yourself! Why? Well, let me explain.

Tips to keep you on track this weekend whilst wrapped up watching the fireworks and bonfires~

🎇 Take a big thermal mug of tea, coffee or your favourite water flavouring make up with hot water to keep your tootsies warm!

🎆 Pop your favourite bar or bites in your pocket to eat instead of hitting that burger van. I know it’s smells great, but it’s never worth it the next morning

🎇 Pack a bottle of water in your bag, to keep your water intake up. Avoid to queues to have to buy drinks at the fireworks event

🎆 Make your favourite shake into a delicious mousse, pop it in the fridge to set and enjoy this sweet whilst watching the fireworks from home

🎇 Remember your why? You’ve come this far, keep going and you’ll be so proud of yourself in the morning

Get Halloween 🎃 ready with these on plan friendly spooky jelly sweets made using 1:1 Diet Mix-a-Mousse and Water Flavouring 👻🍬

✅ Suitable for all Steps

👉 Mix 1 tsp of Mix-a-Mousse with ½ tsp (add more or less depending on how strong you would like the flavour) of Water Flavouring and blend with 150ml of water.

Scoop off any excess foam from the top of the mixture, pour into moulds and set in the fridge.
