Sometimes I need their help myself too! 😅
I dislocated my shoulder over the weekend, so my right arm is currently in a sling while I slowly work on getting the movement back. Unfortunately, it’s going to take a few months to fully recover. 💪
The leeches have been helping to reduce the inflammation in the ligaments and joints caused by the trauma, and I can already feel the difference! 🙏😊
Now I just need to get better quickly so I can make it to the Mind Body Spirit Festival at Trinity Park in Ipswich! ✨
