“I began my journey with One Day at a Time at its very foundation in 2018. Drawing on my nursing background, I have had the privilege of supporting our clients with care, compassion, and dedication.

Over the years, I have witnessed the company grow through challenges and triumphs alike. Today, I stand proud and grateful to have played a part in building not just an organisation, but a family, one that nurtures both our clients and our staff community.

There is a special joy in seeing our clients at ease, reassured, and smiling. Sometimes, it is the simplest words that bring the greatest comfort. For many, we are more than carers; we are their daily connection, their reassurance, their companionship.
I have come to understand that our role goes beyond care; it is about bringing light into someone’s day, even when it is not always easy. What carries us forward is our passion for the work we do, and above all, for the people we serve.”
