Having any of these symptoms does not definitely mean you have cancer, but it’s important to get checked by a GP.

Our Wellbeing Workers offer free one-to-one sessions to patients aged 18 or over, which will help you to put practical things in place that can help you manage everyday stress and wellbeing difficulties.
They can:
• Give you time, space and support to speak about your concerns and help you identify what’s important to you
• Tell you about services, resources and tools you can use to improve your wellbeing
• Support you to come up with some goals and encourage you to work towards them

New: Walk and Talk sessions
Wokingham Wellbeing Service now offer Walk and Talk sessions as an additional support option where appropriate. Walk and Talk combines one-to-one wellbeing support with the benefits of gentle movement and being outdoors. Many people find that walking side-by-side feels more natural than sitting in a room, making conversations easier.

If you think you could benefit from support from our wellbeing worker you can self refer by completing the referral form on the website below or by referral from a GP.
