Hello,

I’m really sorry about tonight’s sauna sessions, had a medical emergency this morning and had to go to the hospital. I only got out around 9pm after having surgery.

Thank you so much for your patience. For anyone who isn’t on holiday, I’ll make sure you’re either rebooked or refunded, just let me know which you’d prefer.

Thank you again,
Kez ✨

Introducing Sauna Rituals ✨

Secret Sauna is now offering dedicated Sauna Rituals, a more immersive, nourishing experience designed to take you deeper into rest and connection.
Each session includes handmade whisks gathered from the land, gentle smudging, touch therapy, and a sweet treat to close.

You can book these as a one-to-one session or as a group. Spaces are limited and available on request, message us to reserve yours.

We can’t wait to share this with you.

I’ve decided to step back from being constantly online across social media so I can talk more directly with my most valued customers.

I’m creating a what’s app community where I’ll I’ll be asking questions, sharing exclusive discounts, and letting you know about special events first.

If you’d like to join click this link:

(I have been blocked from using what’s app as I added to many people in one day) 🙈😆
