Hello,

I’m really sorry about tonight’s sauna sessions, had a medical emergency this morning and had to go to the hospital. I only got out around 9pm after having surgery.

Thank you so much for your patience. For anyone who isn’t on holiday, I’ll make sure you’re either rebooked or refunded, just let me know which you’d prefer.

Secret Sauna is now offering dedicated Sauna Rituals, a more immersive, nourishing experience designed to take you deeper into rest and connection.
Each session includes handmade whisks gathered from the land, gentle smudging, touch therapy, and a sweet treat to close.

You can book these as a one-to-one session or as a group. Spaces are limited and available on request, message us to reserve yours.
