Something interesting begins to happen when a woman stops trying so hard to be who everyone else expects her to be 💜

She laughs more easily.
Breathes more deeply.
Stops apologising quite so much.

She begins choosing:
✨ peace over pressure
✨ honesty over pretending
✨ rest over constant proving

The things that once mattered deeply
don’t always matter in the same way anymore.

And strangely…

that can feel both freeing *and* terrifying at the same time 😄

Because becoming more yourself often means:
🌿 changing priorities
🌿 setting boundaries
🌿 disappointing people
🌿 wanting a slower, calmer, more meaningful life

And not everyone understands that shift.

But perhaps this stage of life was never about becoming “more productive”…

Perhaps it’s about becoming more YOU ✨

Less performance.
Less pressure.
Less abandoning yourself just to keep everything else running.

And more:
💜 calm
💜 truth
💜 alignment
💜 authenticity

And honestly?

That version of you was always there waiting 🌙

If this resonates more deeply than you expected, feel free to message me for a calm, supportive chat 💜

🌑 New Moon Question 🌑

If you could plant one seed today...

What would it be?

✨ More confidence?
✨ Better health?
✨ A new opportunity?
✨ More peace?
✨ More time for you?

I'd love to hear what you're manifesting or intentionally creating right now 💜👇

She no longer fit
the person she had been…
but she hadn’t quite figured out
who she was becoming.

And honestly?
That in-between space
felt strange.

One minute she wanted change.
The next she wanted safety.
One minute she felt hopeful.
The next completely shaky 😄

She started questioning everything:
✨ her work
✨ her relationships
✨ what she truly needed

Even the life she’d worked so hard to build
suddenly felt different somehow.

Not wrong.
Just… no longer right.

She felt caught between:
🌿 who she used to be
and
✨ who she was slowly becoming

And perhaps that’s the hardest part of change…

Nobody really talks about
the messy middle.

The space where:
💜 old versions fall away
💜 certainty disappears
💜 priorities begin to shift

The space where life feels unfamiliar
for a little while.

But slowly, quietly, gently…

she began to realise:

🌙 not all transitions are meant to feel comfortable

Sometimes the in-between space
is where the real becoming begins 💜

There’s a strange space many women move through at some point in life…

The old version of you no longer fits comfortably.

But the new version of you hasn’t fully arrived yet either 🌿

It can feel confusing.

One minute you want change.
The next minute you want certainty.

You begin questioning:
✨ your work
✨ your relationships
✨ your priorities
✨ even the things you used to think mattered most

And while everyone else thinks life is carrying on normally…

inside, something feels different.

Quieter perhaps.
More reflective.
More aware.

Sometimes menopause brings this feeling.
Sometimes burnout.
Sometimes life simply whispers:

💜 “You’ve changed now.”

And perhaps the hardest part is:
we often expect ourselves to have all the answers immediately.

But maybe this in-between space isn’t something to rush through.

Maybe it’s where clarity slowly begins 🌙

And if this resonates more deeply than you expected…
feel free to message me if you’d like a calm, supportive chat 💜

Sunday started gently,
pyjamas, tea and toast…
but that little feeling in her stomach
quietly bothered most.

The washing felt annoying.
The kitchen looked a mess.
The thought of Monday morning
brought a heaviness.

The clock seemed to move quicker.
The day went far too fast.
And every time she checked the time
she sighed and said, “already? blast…” 😄

Little things got louder.
People talked too much.
Even someone breathing near her
felt a tiny bit too much 😄

By Sunday evening
the feeling had grown deep,
that heavy sinking dread
that steals your Sunday sleep.

She packed her work bag slowly.
Set the alarm again.
Already counting down the hours
until it all would end.

And somewhere in the middle
of another Sunday night,
a quiet little whisper said:

🌿 “This life no longer feels right.”

Not because she was lazy.
Not because she had failed.

But because somewhere along the way
her soul had simply changed 💜

And if part of this feels a little 'too' familiar…
perhaps it’s time to gently explore what you need now 🌿

Menopause can feel like a season of losing yourself…

But sometimes, quietly underneath it all, something else is happening too.

✨ priorities shift
✨ boundaries strengthen
✨ old expectations fall away
✨ and suddenly your tolerance for nonsense completely disappears 😄

A different version of you begins to emerge.

Not the old you.

Not a “better” you.

Just… a wiser, deeper, more authentic version 💜

That doesn’t mean the journey is easy of course.

Some days can feel emotional, exhausting, frustrating, and completely overwhelming.

Which is exactly why I wrote 𝗠𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗠𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘆.

With the full moon arriving this weekend, I’ve found myself reflecting on how many women quietly reach a point in life where something just… no longer fits anymore 🌕

Not necessarily badly.
Not dramatically.

But quietly.

The life that once made sense suddenly feels exhausting.
The job no longer lights you up.
The relationships feel different.
Even the version of *you* that kept everything going for years suddenly feels out of step with who you’re becoming.

And perhaps the strangest part is…
sometimes nothing around you has changed all that much.

But *you* have 💜

I think many women reach this point after periods of:
✨ burnout
✨ menopause
✨ emotional overwhelm
✨ relationship shifts
✨ life transitions
✨ years of putting everyone else first

And perhaps that’s part of what full moons invite us to notice too…

What feels complete.
What no longer feels aligned.
What we may be quietly ready to let go of.

Not because we’ve failed.
Not because something is “wrong”.

But because we are evolving 🌿

Sometimes the old version of us simply no longer fits the life we’re growing into.

And while that can feel unsettling at first…
it can also be the beginning of something important.

Not losing yourself.

But beginning to discover who you are now becoming ✨

And if part of you is quietly recognising yourself in this…
you’re very welcome to reach out for a chat 💜

There used to be a point every Sunday where I could feel it starting…

Not loudly.
Not dramatically.

Just a slow, steady feeling of dread building quietly in the background as the day went on.

Sunday afternoon?
A little flat.

Sunday evening?
That heavy feeling sitting deep in the pit of my stomach.

Because work was only a few hours away.

And I know I’m not the only one who’s ever felt that 💜

At the time, I kept telling myself:
✨ “it’s just stress”
✨ “everyone feels like this”
✨ “I just need to push through”

But deep down… something inside me already knew.

Then one night, something shifted.

I woke up with a complete knowing, not panic, not emotion, just absolute clarity with every part of me:

🌿 “I’m done.”

Done forcing myself into a version of life that no longer fit who I was becoming.

A few weeks later, I handed in my notice.

And honestly?
It was one of the most terrifying and freeing things I’ve ever done.

Sometimes life whispers to us quietly for a very long time before we finally listen.

And sometimes what feels like falling apart…
is actually the beginning of something incredible, that brings a smile, excitement & that just 'right' feeling ✨

And if some part of this resonates more deeply than you expected…
perhaps it’s time to gently explore what *you* need now 💜

One of the hardest parts of menopause?

Not always the symptoms themselves…

But the feeling that suddenly:
💜 your mind
💜 your body
💜 your emotions

don’t quite respond the way they used to.

And nobody really prepares you for that part.

For the moments where:
✨ your confidence wobbles
✨ your patience disappears
✨ you walk into a room and completely forget why you’re there 😄
✨ or you simply don’t feel like you

That’s one of the reasons I wrote 𝗠𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗠𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘆.

Not to tell women what they “should” do…

But to create a supportive, understanding space where they could begin to make sense of what they’re experiencing, without fear, shame, or overwhelm.

A reminder that you haven’t disappeared 💜
You’re still in there.

Sometimes you just need support finding your way back to yourself 🌙✨
