❤️Yvonne is returning to Bassett Breasties! ❤️

After such lovely feedback from her last visit, we're delighted to be welcoming Yvonne Parker Hypnotherapy back to Bassett Breasties on Wednesday 24th June, 1–3pm for another free Parent Wellbeing Session.

Parenting is wonderful, but let's be honest—it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting and a little relentless at times. This relaxed session will explore simple techniques to help ease parental pressure, manage overwhelm and create moments of calm amongst the chaos.

And just to reassure anyone wondering what to expect – this isn't your stereotypical hypnotherapy session! It's a relaxed, practical session where Yvonne shares simple techniques and coping strategies that you can take away and use in everyday life to help manage the pressures of parenting and support your own wellbeing.

💛 Open to ALL parents and caregivers
💛 Free to attend
💛 No booking required
💛 Come for the whole session or just drop in

And just to say, while this session is running alongside Bassett Breasties, you do not need to be breastfeeding to attend. Whether you're pregnant, bottle feeding, breastfeeding, combination feeding, have older children, or are supporting a family member with little ones, you're very welcome.

Alongside Yvonne's session, our usual Bassett Breasties support will also be available for anyone wanting feeding support, a friendly chat, baby weighing scales, or simply a cuppa and some company.

If you joined us last time, you'll know what a warm, welcoming and valuable session this was. If you missed it, now's your chance to come along and see what everyone was talking about!

♻️ Got any old ink cartridges hiding in a drawer? They could help support local families. ♻️

One of the easiest ways you can support Bassett Breasties doesn't cost a penny.

Through our partnership with Recycle4Charity, your empty, unwanted printer cartridges are turned into donations that help keep our free breastfeeding support group running right here in Royal Wootton Bassett.

💛 Just 7 cartridges recently raised enough to cover the venue hire for an entire Bassett Breasties session!

Every cartridge helps us continue providing:
☕ A warm, welcoming space for local families
🏡 Venue hire and running costs
📚 Ongoing training and support resources
🤱 Free breastfeeding and infant feeding support

So before you throw those empties away, please consider donating them instead.

There are a few ways you can help:

📮 Download a free postage label and send them directly
🤱 Bring them along to a Bassett Breasties session
📦 Got a larger collection? Drop me a message and we can arrange a local drop-off or collection

It's amazing to think that something sitting unused in a cupboard can be turned into real support for parents and babies in our community.

👉 Donate your cartridges here:
https://www.recycle4charity.co.uk/Register/843824

Thank you to everyone who has already donated — every cartridge really does make a difference.

And if you know a local business, school or workplace that regularly uses printers, please feel free to tag them below or share this post with them.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out today for the Infant First Aid Session from the amazing FS 1st Aid Training.

Frances and I were both astounded at the turnout, especially in braving the heat outside today!

We both hope you found the session valuable and learnt some new skills (though obviously we hope you don’t need to ever to use them!).

We are busy planning the next date for a future session for those who were unable to attend today.
