Huge congratulations to my lovely Client Claire Diment.

She has reached a massive goal by losing 2 Stone in weight in just over 6 weeks!

She has stuck to plan and we have worked together closely as claire has a good social life and still managed to loose weight and enjoy eating out.

Claire has been on our step 2 plan of the Cambridge 1:1 Diet, enjoying one meal a day, and 3 meal replacements.
Not only has she lost 2 stone she has lost 13.5 inches too!
