Sounds Omazing, Worcester (2026)

The beautiful run of sunset Soundbaths Webbs Garden Centres has begun.

Watching the dahlias dance as the people lay in stillness with the sound vibrations and gentle warm breeze brushes over them.

Watching the birds fly past in curiosity as the clients deepen their breath and let go of the days, the weeks holding .

As the earth beneath them reaches up to hold and the sky above turns red and gold, the sounds echo through skin and bone - releasing releasing the day into night and the stress into calm.

The quietening of the minds mimics the quietness of the eve as it falls.

The sounds, the silence, the stillness feel sublime.

Meanwhile the dahlias sing and sway in resonance.

Today I had the honour of holding space for 2 separate deeply feminine sessions.

Today 5 different women trusted me in varied ways to support them on a (womb) healing journey using somatic experiencing, sound healing, voice activation, meditation, grief work, womb wrapping, hands on bodywork and the reclaimation of missed rites of passage and transitional space acknowledgement.

One was a small group session and one was a 1:1 session. One session was The Fold and one session Balance Cafe & Yoga | Worcester

Both deeply profound. Both deeply potent. Both incredibly honouring of the journey of woman.

Thank you dear women who trusted me to hold such a space for them to re-member and to reclaim.

I have a space for 2 more 1:1 clients - taking you on a 6 week journey into the bodies own wisdom and gnosis, in the bodies own capacity to move through e-motion, through dis-ease and trauma responses and to begin the return to homeostasis, to balance and to witnessing the ever changing cyclical landscape of being woman.

I also have space for small group sessions in collaboration with organisations, community groups or individuals who wish to be guided back into the intelligence of their own living breathing body.

I love holding these spaces as the energy that opens up on the space when we work with the womb is palpable.

A BIG shout out today to all the fathers who have shown up in all the ways they have known how to for their children, despite their own traumas, neurodivergence, adverse childhood experiences, their own mental health struggles, anxiety, addictive traits or childhood addiction in their families. For the men that give to their kids all they didn’t have. Who laugh and make light of life even when they are breaking inside. For the men who try to be strong for their partners, their children, their elderly parents alongside trying so hard to heal themselves or hold themselves with no one seeing their needs.

A big shout out to all the men that lovingly raised another man’s child with such love and tenderness, even if at times they struggle with all the feels around what that means, or with the ‘ex’. For all the shouts “you’re not my Dad” and taking it on the chin.

For all the men who are bearing the brunt of LOTs of their partners father wounds, who hold the distrust, the rage, the cold shoulders of being triggered by that wound. For the men that hold with their hands and their hearts and see beyond the wounded ways, in that moment.

For all the men that love kids, that work with such care for kids, that stand for kids, that protect kids and that empower them. For all the fathers that had no father yet show up as one in the most amazing ways, despite being clunky and often getting it wrong are willing to learn and try again

Many many Men get a really bad rap in this world and for all the right reasons - yet there also needs to be acknowledgment , praise, honour and respect for all the beautiful ways men show up..

I see you in the streets caring about people, I see you in the parks playing, I see you in ‘ lunching out’ and tending to your partner and the kids, in the supermarkets shopping for the family and staying calm with wingey kids, in the ways you show devotion that is rarely recognised. I see you working all the hours to provide for your family with very little left over for you, yet knowing how proud you feel to be able to do this. For all the men (dads or not)whose hearts are big and open and playful as f**k, I see you and thank you ❤️

Today’s Feeling Deep Rest session was so beautiful.

Dropping in to say hi to the deepest layers of our all that we are.

Listening….
Observing,
Witnessing
Being

Trusting the mind, body and spirit to reveal itself in the ways it wants to be known in each moment….or not!

Choice in each breath to move or not to move, to sound or not to sound, to listen or not (you get the jist!)

Permission to rest and be, yet be in rest

Learning how to handle the imperfections of life on the healing journey, remembering that these imperfections are the healing journey as we return to presence over and over again.

The participants said they felt lest fretful, less scattered, less stressed and more energised afterwards.

Despite me being absolutely content with doing the session alone last week (see previous post) The togetherness that was felt in the room today was palpable.

We need one another. To co regulate. To be felt. To be in Union. Yet in a quiet space of also being deeply with ourselves there.

Come feel for yourself the tenderness and tacit awareness of you, your body and the beingness of community connection.
