Although Shelly joined the Shrubbery family around a month ago following Claire's retirement, we wanted to take a moment to give her the welcome she deserves!

Shelly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her, having previously worked at another dental practice in Worcester. She'll be working alongside Kate as one of our Patient Coordinators, helping to ensure every patient receives the warm, friendly service we're so proud of.

We're delighted to share that Lucy will be returning to work from Wednesday 1sy July after a year of maternity leave following the birth of her daughter, Daisy.

It looks like Lucy hasn't spent her time away completely disconnected from dentistry either... judging by this photo, she's already started training up her newest dental nurse!

Lucy will be back seeing patients on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and she can't wait to catch up with all of her lovely patients again.

We're looking forward to welcoming her back to the practice and know many of you will be excited to see her too.

Happy Retirement, Claire!

After nearly 14 years at Shrubbery, our beloved receptionist, Claire, is retiring!

Claire has been the friendly face welcoming patients and colleagues alike, always with a smile, a kind word, and an uncanny ability to keep everything running smoothly.

Her warmth, dedication, and sense of humour have made a lasting mark on everyone who’s had the pleasure of knowing her.

While we’ll miss her dearly at the practice, it’s time for Claire to turn off that morning alarm and enjoy every moment on her own schedule.

We wish her all the joy, relaxation, and adventures retirement can bring!
