It’s been a while and a lot has changed. The clinic in Worcester has closed and therefore I had to find a new location. I have a great room now in Malvern at the where I work from on a Monday afternoon and a Thursday morning. It’s a great room to work from and such a lovely group of people who work at the foot clinic. I therefore now have spaces for a few new patients! If you’re interested in trying acupuncture, do contact me. It would be great to meet you!
I do also still work from SilverFern Osteopaths on Pershore high street on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! #

Thank you for your continued support! This year has been very busy and I’m thankful for all the new people I’ve had come to the clinic.

I am now currently booking new patients into June! So if you’d like a new patient appointment with me, be quick! Current patients please book your next appointments ahead of time so that I can make sure you can be seen.

Hope you are all well and let’s hope the sun comes out again soon!

I practice predominantly five elements acupuncture. Early observation of the predictable patterns in nature pointed to the relisation of an underlying cyclical flow of energy, We see this energy manifest most clearly in the change of seasons. The tradition of five elements acupuncture is based on the understanding of this cyclical flow of vital energy. Each of the five elements- Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Fire, represent a distinct quality of the energy that is vital to the continual health and flow of nature.

Each of these element have an emotion attributed to them, Fire is Joy, Earth is sympathy, Metal is greif, Water is Fear or Fearless and Wood has anger. If you are interested in understanding more about the five elements, there is a book called The Simple Guide to Five Element Acupuncture by Nora Franglen. ISBN 1848191863. Its an easy introduction to this type of acupuncture!

What emotion do you most closley relate to?

Im often asked what it is i love about being an acupuncturist. The truth is, i love caring for people. I know that sometimes whats needed most is someone to listen, or a smile when you walk through the door. We live in such a busy world now and acupuncture offers the opportunity to take some time out for yourself, to have some head space and a break from the demands. If you're feeling over whelmed (especially now that we are in the lead up to the holiday period) come and have some acupuncture. Youll be surprised at how effective it is for stress and relaxation.
