This is a space where everyone is welcome, everyone is heard, and nobody has to pretend they're okay.

This is not a big event. It's not about filling a hall with dozens of people. It's about creating a space where someone who has had a difficult week can walk through the door, be handed a warm drink and a slice of cake, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived. It’s about helping people feel safe enough to be themselves.

That is healing... 🫶🏻

Not every form of healing happens on a therapy couch. Sometimes it happens around a kitchen table.

I’d genuinely love for this to grow into something people look forward to every month...

"I'm having a tough week... but Coffee & Conversations is on Saturday."

"I finally felt like I belonged."

That's the sort of community I’d love to create.

How lovely are these - we all love an Angel number 🪽🤍

NEW — NUMBERS FROM THE UNIVERSE ✨

You know when a number just seems to follow you everywhere?

11:11 on the clock.
444 on a number plate.
555 on a receipt.
The same numbers appearing again and again until you can’t help but notice them… 👀✨

Well, you know I LOVE a little sign from the universe 😂🤎 so of course they had to become part of Mindful Moments.

Introducing our Numbers From The Universe — Angel Number Collection ✨

Each heart features an angel number and its little reminder/message, with numbers from 000 through to 999, plus 11:11.

They also come with their own meaning card, so you know the intention and symbolism behind the number you’ve chosen. 🤎

Keep one somewhere you’ll see it every day, add it to your mindful space, or choose a number with a special meaning for someone you love.

And I have a feeling these are going to become one of my favourites. 🥹✨
