FYI
ALL clients are now required to pay a deposit upfront at time of booking.
This is due to two no shows on the same day.
The previous policy was agreed to by both [50% if cancelled within 48 hours, 100% for not showing]
Neither could be charged due to insufficient funds.
One had previously cancelled an appointment for her partner in less than 48 hours and soft touch here let her away with it.
It’s a lack of common decency which I will no longer tolerate.
I don’t like travelling to work and being apart from my son for f**k all.
